The pizza went down well :p
152.1 lb Lost so far: 18.7 lb.    Still to go: 13.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks yes it was lovely,,luckily I stayed within my daily calorie in take but you know sometimes you gain weight with no proper explanation

If you kept your calories correct for the day, it is probably just water retention, because most pizza is high in sodium. Don't be discouraged.
