This morning I was disappointed with my weight, but I think it was more my lack of control over Easter weekend I didn't like. I could of & should of made better choices. I weighed myself Friday morning before I left. I'm up 1.6 for the weekend and 0.2 for the week. Not as horrid as I initially thought, plus bonus to see family. Last week definitely had its ups & downs. Back on track today.
169.8 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 29.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

sounds like wonderful weekend had, and that what truely matters, don't let like bump road get you down, our body weight naturally fluctuates so don't be so hard on yourself. your doing fantastic!! 💜💕
