Cant believe it- I have run 18 miles since Monday-havnt had a drop of booze adn this is all I lost? very frustrating-but I did have a bad weekend in state college so I have to remember that. WOke uo Ws night with a racing heart and could not get back to sleep without eating some carbs (frozen blueberry muffin). took off yesterday and only ran 3.5 today.
