Ouch...went a little crazy yesterday- only ran 3.5 miles then went food shopping HUNGRY!! Ate a whole package of sushi(8 pieces but made with little rice-1cup) then cooked for my neighbor who broke her arm and ate PASTA (1 cup)..then to make things worse I ate a piece of wonderful whole wheat bread before going to bed...today is another day and I am starting with a nice omelet..cant let myself get that CARB deprived-which I think results in the over carb binging.Still no alcohol tho:)
