Well - - I caught myself before I put it all back on. So, now I need to take it off again. To help motivate myself... I've signed up for two marathons. One in June, one in October.
140.0 lb Lost so far: 18.0 lb.    Still to go: 10.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

It's a good thing because you caught me too! I forgot how hard this is! It takes a minute to remember...WE CAN DO THIS! Serena wants to join us and come to Panera too! The marathon thing sounds great. I don't know how you do it!
