past 2 weeks of a poor fatty diet hasnt actually messed my weight up too much, ive lost weight? Had too much food yesterday, but at least i kept it clean! back on track now though before travelling to london/glasgow for 2 weeks of FESTIVALS (which will ruin everything :P) x
134.5 lb Lost so far: 8.8 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
