Don't beat yourself up. You're learning what will work for you, and it's ok to have to try again. Every day, you have the same challenges. You will have to make a decision every time you need or want to put food in your mouth. You will have to make a decision every day about exercising. You will need to maintain when you do lose your weight. By that time, your decisions and choices will be second nature, yet you will still have to be committed to your health and remember that's the reason you will continue to exercise and watch your food intake. Just remember, your long-term goal is to prevent weight-related illness and disease, your short-term goal is getting ready for your wedding. You have to meet your immediate goal - induction - to prepare for the rest of your journey. You are planning for your lifetime, not for a few years, months or weeks. Meeting the "smaller" challenges prepares you for the lifetime challenge. Each of those small challenges is like a hill rising before you that you must climb. When you get to the top of that hill, ahead you will see another higher peak. Even if you couldn't see it before, it was there, but now you're closer to its top than you were. Behind is the distance you've already climbed. You may occasionally slip and fall. Get up and try again.

You can do it! Just be determined and follow all the "rules". Keep your mind focused on your goal and how awesome you will look on your wedding day! (I'm sure you'll look awesome without losing the weight but OH the energy you'll have to party on your special day!!) Good Luck!

everything everyone else already said! You may have gained back a lot of water-weight so that may come right back off easy-breezy on induction! I don't know if I was ever able to stay under the 20 carbs but I tried to stay as close as possible and still felt better than when I was eating more carbs and lost pretty fast. I'm a lot heavier than you though so it can go faster the heavier you are. I figure if I hit a plateau I'll go on induction for a few weeks to kick it into gear again. Don't fret the little (sometimes longer) detours in life just adjust the course towards your destination as many times as ya need to and you will get there. Don't forget to have a little fun along the way and always be kind to yourself we all deserve more nurturing and self-care so I hope you get some of that in too! :)
