Ok So fresh start fresh outlook starting tomorrow. I did ok ish on my induction which shouldve ended yesterday. However my first week was off because i didnt do my research on what to eat and not to eat. My second week was much better but a couple very bad days due to stress and lack of motivation, but mostly stress. I usually kept my carbs in the 20's but never really at 20 and sometimes low 30s! Yesterday I ate 111 carbs today i ate 32! Ive done atkins before and lost 50lbs in a few months so i know i can do this. So im starting my induction over tomorrow for 2 weeks and I will be sure to stick to it strictly I owe it to myself and i know I can do it and its not even that hard I just need to focus and stop letting my other stressful situations get in the way of my goals. So wish me luck tomorrow is a fresh start and fresh weigh in!

Thanks so much! A lot of stress is off my shoulders that i was dealign with when i tried to get started but now its all blue skiies ahead!
