There has been no change in my weight but I am okay with this. The last couple of days have been rather rough. Allergies and generally not feeling well do not make a great combination. Top it off, I had to stop working out early because of both. Today, I feel somewhat better so that is a bonus, especially since I am now officially in Phase 2. I am proud, excited and nervous all rolled into one. I have decided that depending on how much weight I lose on the P90X and how I look after, that I just might go through the Classics program once more before attempting the Lean schedule. Still up in the air about it. I am also thinking that I am going to do the stretching everyday in the evening. I think this is for the best. It burns more calories while giving me a good stretch.
So, tomorrow I leave for my trip to Missouri. I am looking forward to it yet not. I am going to bring my P90X DVDs so I can continue with my workout schedule. Weight loss does not take a vacation unfortunately and I am determined to get down to at least 190 by September. I want to look good at my sister's wedding. ><
