I'm actually a little surprised that i show that much loss, or any loss at all. I started my period Sunday (the 17th) and i feel terribly bloated.

Disclaimer: I generally consider this TMI, biut when i started Fatsecret i was only using my phone app and didnt even know there was a website. Then i figured i would never actually know anyone, but now i do (:-). But this is a great way for me to track my cycle and tell if gains or losses are related. The same is true regarding my bowel habits (related to Crohn's disease). So, sorry about sharing too much information.
151.8 lb Lost so far: 25.2 lb.    Still to go: 11.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Woot girl, you are definately doing great. Keep it up! X had Crohns. It is wonderful you are losing considering how particular you need to be with your diet. Despite pms, keep drinking so you can stay hydrated esp with Crohns. I'm really glad you are doing well and being healthy.
