This is the two week mark on the Atkins induction. My target to switch from induction to OWL is 120#
As of date I have lost 9#, not the 15# I was hoping for but its moving in the right direction.
131.5 lb Lost so far: 6.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
