Good morning, my FS peeps... keeping on, keeping on! ( i actually dipped down under the 240 mark... but am gonna wait for the next weigh in to say buh-bye to the 240's) Wow. Gonna try and get some of this beautiful day's sun today. Don't panic...those two bright lights you see are only my legs reflecting the sun! :)

Wow getting below 240 is wonderful!!! I have been gaining weight (26 lbs.) over the last three months due to not sticking to Atkins. Thankfully I am back on track. Congrats on your weight loss!
