So not as bad as I thought! Finally broke into the 210s! WOO!! *dances*
Ahem, anyway...I know that my diet foodwise really needs to be changed. I know that I need to eat a little better then what I do. It's extremely difficult though. Hopefully on Monday, I can get everything sorted and then, I am going to utilize the Farmer's Market and the local farm stalls that are all around here. My older sister was talking about a butcher in town as well so I can look into getting my meat from there. I have a plan in place...it's just a matter of expenses.
Today is Day 1 in Week 4 of the P90X! Gotta keep pushing! :)
Daily Summary *Oil Pulling: I did not do my oil pulling yesterday so I had enough for today but that is it. I need to go get some more. I am glad that I am doing it because my gums hurt from last night. I ate some stove popped popcorn and those little pieces that get stuck in your gums were a pain to get out. I did my best but my gums are sore so hopefully this will help with the swelling and the pain.
