Thought I had stalled out this week. Had a couple of days I didn't pay as much attention to what I ate but still came out pretty good. Now that I'm down a little I need to start exercising more. I really need to start posting what I'm eating again too.
229.6 lb Lost so far: 29.2 lb.    Still to go: 9.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week
