Good job on the 1/2 pound loss in a day...Be sure to eat enough calories to sustain your exercise and activities - get all the extra calories through protein! I bet if you ate 100 grams protein and less carbs from bread or crackers, you would lose quick as well and have more fuel. Just a suggestion - NOT critical. I know you have been frustrated losing the same pounds over and over...you can succeed at this!

I was on the "Military Diet" for the last three days and only lost 0.5 lbs. Today I am back to eating more protein and more calories :)
