waist measurement: 66.8cm
Yay nearly back to my post baby all time low of 66.6cm!
I've been too busy to really journal and log food but I seem to know roughly how much is in what without logging so I think I'm going okay!

Lost so far: 46.7 lb.
Still to go: 4.0 lb.
Diet followed reasonably well.

67.8cm, 67cm, 66.8cm. Your waist has been noticeably dropping! I'm encouraged to measure my waist now.
