Sunday we ate pizza at a memorial service, I stuck to the toppings but man.. 2.5 lbs the next day. I am calling it inflammation simply because myback has been feeling better, after Sunday? Very very painful. Yesterday was a good Atkins day and Tuesday morning a wieght loss again.. here we go :)
135.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
