Happy with this weekly weigh in. It kind of reverses the after effect of my doing whatever after the holiday season. Recording food not 100%, but still made me aware. Going to try to drink more water this week. This was 2022 goal, I'm failing.
165.4 lb Lost so far: 6.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
