still eating like there are no consequences, i.e. cake, deviled eggs, cookies. maybe January is my month to let go a bit after 40+ years of being pretty controlled since I was in middle school? I have to say, I don't feel great after eating so much high calorie, low nutritional value food. motivation to go back to healthy eating may end up being that simple. it just feels better.

I’m doing the same…. I think it’s January blues… it’ll get better! I feel less guilty cause I’m not skipping any workouts.

Maybe just start with ONE small change today...just one, to get your mindset headed that direction. More water/writing down your food/getting up and moving more/saying 'no' to just one junky food. Sometimes ONE step is all it takes to get yourself back in the groove. You've got this, cuz you already want to FEEL better 👍🌞

I try to eat lots of healthy foods but usually do throw in a treat like a cookie or or small slice of cake. The trick is to not overdo it with the treat foods.

It is great that you can recognize the difference in how your body feels when consuming different types of foods. Sometimes it takes a "revisit" to a previous time in our life when we ate differently to remind us why we are on a new journey. You are right it is that simple !

this app teaches me that I don't have to deprive myself from "snacks", but use discipline when making the choice to indulge on them. don't be so hard on yourself. you may surprise yourself, we can eat just about anything, its a matter of balance. keep going strong 💪

I indulged during the holidays, and I noticed where that took me . You are absolutely correct in gauging how your body is feeling. My body started to tell me I’m doing the wrong things by it💪💪💪💪❤️😃
