Bet I lose more this week. I was coughing and had pain to shoot from the back of my mouth to my ear. Now I can't open my mouth without great pain.

267.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb. Still to go: 87.0 lb. Diet followed reasonably well.

That sounds awful...hope it gets better. Perhaps a trip to the doctor is in order...Good Luck!

Take care of yourself. Not a good way to lose a few lbs.
