No walk, no swim, just did a little stuff around the house before I crashed into bed super early. Other than chills and a bit of residual soreness on my right side this morning, it wasn't as bad as the second shot. I did sleep all the way through the night as a bonus. we will just move forward from here.

Had some stomach issues last night and cramps in my calves while sleeping. Mentally, I’m over it. I think today will be fine. I’m not good at languishing. water and maybe I’ll order some bananas or see what I have around with ootassium.

Low Sodium tomato juice has lots of potassium in it, whereas regular tomato juice or V8 has Lots of Sodium

I was just going to eat a couple of bananas and I think I have a sweet potato stashed away. that should get me there. I'm still looking up "ootassium" lol.
