after a bad couple of days.. i jumped back on the wagon
first things first rtiing to cut down on the crystal lite!!none of that today.. and i actually had veggies for breakfast.. go me
196.7 lb Lost so far: 16.6 lb.    Still to go: 46.7 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

cutting down on crystal lite? why? I was thinking we could have as much of that as we wanted on Atkins?

milb, you should limit your artificial sweetners to 3 a day, and that includes the drink mixes....sorry! :(

i know i stopped drinking it 3 days ago and my weight loss reved right up...2.2 pounds down, i was drinking about 60oz of crysal lite a day...no more!!

yikes-I've been drinking crystal lite out my butt. Maybe if I cut that down, I'll really start shedding the pounds.

I am missing the Crystal lite (i find straight water aweful) but i have noticed a slight increase in weight loss give it a shot for a week Mama and see how it works for you
