Well all that hard work in the gym seems to be getting noticed by people saying I look like I have lost weight, but I seem to be staying at the same weight! This is probably due to me only being on day 2 of my 'healthy eating regime' so hopefully my hard work on the football pitch and in gym will soon start showing results on scales!
189.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 6.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
