Had an awesome weekend, but it was not very good for my diet! Too much Drink consumed and too much food eaten, but the buffet at the party was way too tempting as was the pizza ordered by my mates on the Sunday night!
Oh well I will have to get back in the gym and work extra hard this week!

Well all that hard work in the gym seems to be getting noticed by people saying I look like I have lost weight, but I seem to be staying at the same weight! This is probably due to me only being on day 2 of my 'healthy eating regime' so hopefully my hard work on the football pitch and in gym will soon start showing results on scales!

Well today was my first day of healthy eating and I can honestly say I feel way better for it already! Although the big shop at the supermarket didn't make my bank account feel too good!
After a day of skiving at work its soon time for the gym and im actually looking forward to it and then its off too football (soccer) after that! I will def sleep tonight!

Well, tomorrow is the first day of diet! I will be doing a 'Healthy Shop' tonight. Basically I am aiming to cut way down on my Simple Carbs and go for more complex Carbs and just generally eat better. well that's the aim anyway! I shall keep a record of how it goes!
