Good day yesterday. Lots of work. Hitting the gym tonight. High of 93 expected, which really means 98. Hard to go to the gym when it's that hot, but I'm going anyhow. Really want to keep that 213 for my end of month official weigh in tomorrow.
213.0 lb Lost so far: 67.0 lb.    Still to go: 64.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Well, that little dog isn't burning calories off you. All he seems to want to do is cuddle. :) You are so consistent. Everyone should take note of the way it's done.
