I just dont understand. I rode 20 miles this week and only had one day of bad eating and even that wasnt too horrible! How could the scale stay exactly the same. I find it extremely hard to believe that I didnt even lose a tenth of a pound. This sucks! Now I'm off to see my family for the weekend where I am sure to eat poorly. I worked really hard this week because I knew I was going to have a bad weekend. Apparently it didnt work.
