I'm trying to get back into the dieting thing after a long weekend of horrible eating. I'm in no mood to exercise and its so hot outside but I know I have to. I probably gained a ton of weight this weekend but I refuse to look. I'm not even weighing in this week. I'm just going to wait until next week and hope I've lost whatever I gained by then.
