Snooze Button:


How many times have you pressed it in one morning? I think I broke a record today. Because I must've snoozed at 4:15am, 4:45am, 5:45am, 6:15am, and 6:30am. I think my body must be telling me that I need a break....

I'm not big into pressing the snooze button, but I somehow when I wake up set the alarm back 30 minutes later then when I originally set it. This means I usually set my alarm and hour before I have to really wake up LOL. Although mornings like today where I took NyQuil last night, I somehow re-set my alarm incorrectly and woke up 30 minutes late! I need to learn to master the snooze button.

I usually wake up before the alarm goes off! It happens that I am too tired though, and then I just let the alarm on (it's on the radio) and listen to the news, and try to wake up slowly. The secret is to turn the light on! If you can't get up, it must mean you need more rest. Going to bed earlier would be a good idea in the next days, until you catch up... Have a great day!

@tapee - Feel better dude. I know that you're under the weather and that always has an effect on me and my performance so hopefully you recover in time for the race. @jessy - I have my phone alarm, I have my desk clock alarm, my TV turns on at a certain time, and I ignored all three! ARghaosdifjasoiefnaga! Have a good day too girl!
