This week started strong and ended up rather poor. I am not going to beat myself up over it. In truth, I am proud of myself today. I managed to drink just water. And while my eating still needs improving, I managed to keep my calorie count within reason. Sorry about not updating the last few days. I had my mom over and we were having a good time hanging out so yeah. I will edit this once I am done working out. :)
