SIGH!!! I weighed in at 166 last night, and then this morning (when I was going to do my 'official' weigh in, I was back up to 168! What gives?!?!

Sigh... oh well. Gotta work harder, I guess.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 2.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I feel your frustration. Your body naturally can fluctuate 5 lbs in either direction. Depending on what you eat, drink or the activities of the day. Don't give up! I'm right there with you :) I was 155 yesterday morning and today I'm back up to 158 :/

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. Maybe you ate too much sodium yesterday. Hormones, stress, medications, inflammation, types of food you are eating, exercise, etc. can all affect your water weight and the scale. Isn't it funny how you can weigh less at night than the morning. It usually means dehydration. Always weigh same time same scale, same clothes, same everything for most accurate gauge of weight loss. I like the morning before eating or drinking anything and after going to the bathroom. After that, the scale will go up and down all day long.

That's when I normally step on my scale, first thing in the morning, after bathroom, before coffee. I stepped on it for giggles before my shower and was excited. Oh well, that teaches me. LOL. And I probably was dehydrated yesterday, I don't remember drinking much. I have noticed, now that I'm paying attention, that I eat and drink more during the week. I think because its structured. On the weekend, I forget to eat or anything. The only thing I don't forget is my morning coffee. LOL
