I'm tired of being tired. Tired of making excuses to not workout. You only live once and why not live it to the best of your ability?

I've been in and out of the gym for a while now, and recently started running. Okay, let's not kid ourselves here...I started walking, which has turned into jogging...and occasionally it will be a run, then a jog, then a run. I'm getting there!

I've used MFP and a few of the other web sites/apps that help you track your workouts and food intake. This site was recommended to me by someone who has lost over 100 lbs - so I'm trusting her judgment ;)
