Starting today. Intend to lose 2 lbs/week over the next 90 days - 25 lbs total. Need a deficit of about 975 calories per day. Aiming for about 300 by eating less, the rest comes from keeping the activity and exercise above the minimum for resting and sleep. Want to get to the gym for 2 classes each day. If I miss a trip to the gym I need to do at least 3 hours of yardwork and housework.
