Application and not buying packets of biscuits and scoffing them all. Bought some muesli bars - love those soft oat bars - this has to stop. Having to watch the liquid intake as I must not get dehydrated - got told off by the nurse lady on the mine the other day.
181.9 lb Lost so far: 1.1 lb.    Still to go: 5.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
