Getting close to target again but loosing the will to fight. Where can I buy some 'steely resolve'. Winter is just about here so maybe I will get more active.
180.8 lb Lost so far: 2.2 lb.    Still to go: 4.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Reward yourself in a calorie free way to acknowledge your efforts so far - a movie - a new shirt - and think of the kids, grandkids, mates, that you don't want to leave behind prematurely because of weight related ill health. You've come this far - you are worth it. Stay strong.

Thanks for your support, I will get a new shirt I don't have time to watch a movie and I don't qualify on the kids etc... but I will persevere because as you say its worth it. It really does feel good to be fit again

Home made soups for lunch are a great way to fight the winter blues and fat!!

When I'm struggling a bit I try to focus on reminding myself that fitter, lighter and healthier feels way better than heavier (both weight and health wise) and miserable. The effort to get or keep me there is way less than the effort it takes to cope with.
