I am off today on a four day work trip. SInce I know myself and that I will be tempted on every corner I packed my snacks and protein bars. I am hopeful. I know that I will probably gain some weight just because we will be eating out a lot and not a lot of exercise, although we will get in a fair bit of walking since we won't have a car. Have a great weekend everyone and I will check in Sunday evening.
159.9 lb Lost so far: 59.1 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Walking can be a great exercise. Provided you can stay on top of the calories, it can workout! :) Have a great weekend!
