aggie95's Journal, 28 March 2014

Yeah! I'm back in the 160's, just barely!! But getting the eating under control helped!

Busy, busy at work this week. I've been able to get out everyday and go for a run except for Wednesday when it was too cold and windy. Instead we did a Jillian video and I'm still feeling it today!

My poor dad...he's got a sick cow and we've been over every night for the last week to see if we can help out. Hopefully the cow will get better and this will be a thing of the past.

Not much for the weekend end. Just helping out with the farm and cleaning around our house. My DH is off for the weekend, so that is nice to be hanging out together.

TGIF and have a great weekend!

Good for you! At least you didn't let the cold stop you from doing some kind of workout. I'm looking at your lost so far and still to go lbs. and you have done amazing! I hope your dad's cow gets better soon. I worked in a vet clinic when I was younger and I helped with a lot of sick cows and calves, I always felt so bad for them because they didn't really know what was going on. :(
