Yay! I will take even .1 pounds as long as its down. It had to be the 30 minute walk I took one time this week (I'm being sarcastic). Soooo, My husband begged me to get icecream from the store last night. I got him one of those Ben and Jerry's pints. He opted to climb into bed during my Walking Dead episode at 9 last night and eat it in front of me. I haven't had dairy in weeks. After taking one bite... then two... then 10. I helped down about 1/3 the container. So, since I ate dairy, I craved cheese, and I inhaled 2 slices of swiss and 2 cheese sticks by the time I had his sandwiches made for lunch today. This was all last night, mind you. Back on the wagon today, been VERY good about my eating and hope I stick in there. One mans sweets are another mans cheese. God I miss cheese.

Do you have a cheat day? That you can eat one bad meal or sweet that day (mostly a sweet than a full bad meal. You can choose any day that works for you but only one day. It helps me and my friends, it really helps keeps me more sane! LOL

I don't have a cheat day for being vegan. I allow myself sweets if they are vegan, I just don't crave sweets. But, being vegan, I don't eat meat and cheese and I crave dairy. Soy cheese and fake stuff just doesn't do it for me.
