I am a 26 year old woman and I just really want to lose weight.
This is the only site I like and will continue to be on.
I wasn't a chubby kid but in high school at age 16 that's when it all escalated due to my menstrual cycle, it was a horror story! I had to take birth control (Marvalon) to regulate it, it worked gained more on the pill but I didn't continue with it. Instead my doctor recommended Yasmine at the time (it was better then). Everything went well I lost weight got down to 188 from 215lbs it was wonderful. Then few laters I didn't want the pill in my body I just wanted to have a proper menstrual cycle naturally. I was off the pill for about 4 years, I went to a homeopathic doctor which helped me a lot, it did work but it was not regulated for a long long time. My weight was steady from 200-215lbs. Somehow it escalated to me 240 zone and it scared m so much, I joined this site started eating healthier, making my own foods, and reading labels, also more vegetarian dishes.
Recently about a month ago my horror story(menstrual) came back just like before, it freaked me out brought back bad memories! So now back on the pill and doctor said the most you will gain is 5pounds, which happened but lost 2pounds of that :).
As I said before this site actually works for me! I love the mini challenges and the normal challenges which makes losing weight more fun for me and free to use! Lol plus its a bonus when a lot of people are in the same boat as I am, which gives me more strength, opportunities, motivation, and support! :)
Now it is the new year and I am working on KEEPING POSITIVE AND LEAVING THE NEGATIVE BEHIND!! :D
