In all honestly I have been feeling farily lost. I worked my bum off for 6 weeks and didnt see any improvement and so I have ballooned up again.
...BUT...I am now on the slimming world diet and I am hoping that things are going to change.
I have a new goal and a new attitute to it all and so I am eating healthy and getting some exercise.
Ill keep you posted on here how I am doing.
I am only on my first week and so I thought now was the perfect time to start again on here so that I can track my progress.

193.1 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 60.8 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

It takes a long time when starting exercise to note improvement. Don't give up!

How I started losing weigh , I had a high glucose scare, I had to cut out all sugars and starches, I couldn't believe how quickly my weigh started to drop. I t's only been less then 2 months and I've already loss 25lbs.If you think about tring this it may help you get a jump start. (I also feel a lot better)
