I did ok, which I could have done better. I just receive my book and, decided to start Phase I again. The one thing that I need to try to deal with is not being able to have at least one cup of coffee for 9 days so. Let me do phase I again to see if my results come out better.
breakfast
1 c oatmeal
1 small banana
1 c green tea snack yogurt
lunch
1 c brown rice
steamed veg
pear

pm snack celery ligh ranch

dinner
salad
strawberries
174.0 lb Lost so far: 4.0 lb.    Still to go: 9.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.7 lb a week

Remember to make sure you are eating every couple of hours. That might help also. Looks good otherwise. Are you doing the exercise? That will make you lose even faster. :)

good luck on the do over....been there done that and can't seem to surpass it! But it is very doable and I know you can do it! You started off great with the eating, also remember to drink lots of water...
