I havent been focused because of other personal issues, ready to get back on track with holidays and turning 40 in Jan. I still want to be able to look like I'm in my 30's. It's time to do me now, and now I'm ready to stay focus and on track.

Looks like I need to try again on the detox phase. Starting again today, guess I wasnt discpline enough. Lets see what I can do this time before I change to another diet

Here it is Mon. I weighed in and only lost another 2lbs. think I'll try to do phase I again. I have exactly 26 days to lose 8lbs and I think my main thing is, I probably dont eat enough especially in the morning. Any suggestions anyone??? I also need to increase my workout time. I really, really enjoy walking but, since I live in Hot Lanta (stone Mountain Ga area) it has been exxtremely hard to go to the park to walk in 90+ degree weather. I have a Tae Bo dvd, maybe I'll try that.

Breakfast fruit low fat yogurt smoothie ( 5am)
7 am c oatmeal
green tea
10 am grapes, orange
1 pm 1 c brown rice with steamed veg
water 6 c
