Saw Star Trek last night and thought it was great! Only had a *medium* popcorn...no drink, no candy...and the boyfriend (who originally said he didn't want anything!) ate almost half of it. So I don't feel guilty at all!

Today I start my 6 day work week. It's really not that bad...I work 5 hours a day for 4 days, and two 10 hour days. I'll miss having two FULL days off, but the trade is not having to work two 10 hours days in a row. (Plus, I now get a full HOUR to have lunch on those 10 hour days...before I only got a half hour!)

Thinking about adding an extra day of *real* exercise to my schedule - the kind where you life weights and use stability balls and steps, not the "I'm riding my bike and maybe doing some window shopping before work" kind, though both are completely valid forms of exercise. Right now, I do four days of 30 minutes, one each of upper body, core, lower body and overall flexibility. Each workout involves strength training and cardiovascular work.

Plus, I'm trying to get in four of more days of yoga. Usually 20 minutes or so, right after I get home and right before bed. (My muscles are nice and warm from my ride, so the stretching feels extra good!)

Maybe I'll just see how I feel at the end of the week...I've been doing pretty good without that *bonus* day, so maybe I should continue with what I'm doing. But maybe I'll see better results with another day or two added. Maybe two upper workouts, two cores and just one lower.

Decisions...decisions!

Add the lifting it is great for upping the metabolism...I injured a shoulder about 3 weeks ago and have been out of the gym for about the last 2 weeks. I can't wait to get back to it but this arm needs the rest. Let us know if you "hit the weights" Best

I'm so excited for you. I remember when you went under 200 and here you are about to go under the 90's! You GO! I joined your yoga challenge, thanks for the invite. I just started doing yoga a few weeks back and I'm totally excited about getting back to it. It was really nice and I felt a different kind of strength than I have with other exercises. Talk to you soon!
