Hey there! Mah name is Crystal! Pleased to meet you. (Please... don't interrupt.)

I've been heavy almost all my life. I'm 28 years old and I'd like to know what "normal" (weight-wise) feels like before I'm 30. In all other aspects, I like NOT being normal. My highest weight was 276 in September 2006. I lost 50 lbs, but put 20 back on when I got tired of the gimmicky dieting. I started JUDDDD at 247 and from April 7th 2009 to June 27th 2009, I lost 24 lbs. But lately, JUDDDD's been working best as a maintenance diet. My doctor prescribed me Phentermine on January 22nd, 2010 when I started going back up to 228. I've already dropped 10 lbs the first week and it's given me a different attitude towards eating and exercising. I decided to try a medication because I realized I'm not doing so well on my own. I'm hoping this phase gives me the tools I need to continue by myself in the future.

Anyway, more about me:

I looooove video games, and just about any kind.
I'm married to an angry OCD penny-pincher. He's awesome <3
I have a furbaby named Tiki. Boston Terrier.
I don't want/like kids. I can tolerate them for awhile.
I love chicken & dumplings.
People think I'm a dork/nerd/weird. They would be right.
My lucky # is 222.
My favorite color is GREEN.
My favorite movie is Labyrinth.

Ican't find the app on the android Marketplace.
Hey, I don't know if you got the answer to your question or not, but I had the same problem. Some models/versions are blocked from seeing the app in the marketplace because of the app having a security code that doesn't match.. (or something like that, I did a quick read about it)

Anyway, I couldn't find the app either! Didn't matter how I searched.. "Calorie Counter" "Fatsecret" ... you name it. Anyway, I found it here: and it works great for me! I hope it helps you!

I also LOOOOOVE Wendy's Chili. A small is 190 cals and a large is 280. They're VERY filling.

Low Metabolism?!!??!
Fattouna.. maybe you should try JUDDDD? It's Johnson's UpDayDownDay Diet. You basically eat somewhere around 500 cals one day and then you eat whatever you want the next day, without OVEREATING. It's been working wonders for me! I eat 500 one day and 1900 the next day. When you add those two up (2400) and divide it in half, that's 1200 cals a day. It's pretty effective for people with special circumstances that keep them from losing weight. But everyone's different.

Basically, the 500 cal days shock the system into producing a gene that promotes weight loss. Then going back up to higher cals the next day insures that you don't plateau. I've been doing it since April 7th. I've lost 12 lbs, but I'm a big girl too, so weight loss starts out quick for me in the beginning.
