No excuse but gonna try and get back on track this week. My daschund that was attacked is doing well and my floors will be finished this week so I need to work on me now. Will get back to logging my food to which I really hate doing.
269.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 89.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

I'm glad to hear you little dachshund is better. FS red lined my spelling so I had to look up how to spell the doggy name. I am good at logging my morning foods. It's harder to get it done as the day goes by. Especially if I eat a late nite snack. Last night I had 3 pieces of Swiss cheese and 2 hot dogs. I have to log that this morning. Most days if I don't log it right away, I conveniently forget... We can do this Tonya.. {{hugs}}

If I don't start out logging in they morning I won't make it. I have to log when I wat it or it won't get done. I'm they worlds worse.
