So disappointed. I didn't lose anything this week. I guess the best thing is that i didn't gain any weight, but i would like to continue on with losing than staying the same. I guess i have to buckle down and get back to exercising 4 days a week. I need to get back on track. and I will.

I feel your pain. I also didn't lose anything so far this week. I weigh in on monday, but I am not holding my breath. I like your attitude,"just get back on track', and you will.

It is good that you did not gain. I am just starting back and it is because I was stalled. Also just do not feel all that motivated so figure by going on line and having to record what I am doing, then it may help me. I know the main thing I need to do is increase the exercise.
