up a little from yesterday, but not surprised. I had a terrible day. Of course, I need to learn not to eat for emotional reasons, but it's hard. Anyway, it wasn't up so much that I can't overcome it, but have to stay on track. I need to lose 2 more lbs to meet my first challenge!
