Not my official weigh in day, but I love to see the numbers go down.
Still figuring out the balance between low-carb and watching my calories.
I know that I feel better low-carb. Less moody, less bloated, more focused.
I'm sticking with it.
235.6 lb Lost so far: 7.4 lb.    Still to go: 55.6 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

Good for you. Im doing the same thing and I definately feel better. My age makes me a little stiff for the evenings after the gym workout, but not enough to quit.

Good job! Keep working at it. I'm on Atkins too. It is the only way of eating that I feel good on & lose weight too.
