I had another one of those nights ...slept only 4 hrs! wobble, wobble, 206 lbs this morning .... fluctuations will happen :) Still eating clean so not worried. However body might be getting ready for TOM. I was out most of the day again and probably repeat tomorrow. I had fish the last couple of days and prepared another pot roast. I need to cook a big pot if crackslaw but didn't have time today. Frigid again today ....I think I am turning into a popsicle. I am so done with winter.
206.0 lb Lost so far: 7.0 lb.    Still to go: 51.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Hey sharon, the temperature is a bit better ... yay! I feel Spring in the air. I did sleep bettet last night : ) Lynn: crackslaw is a dish with ground beef and coleslaw cooked with some oriental spices. It's a great low carb meal. I found it on the Internet.

I enjoy crackslaw and it's good to make huge batch at a time so it's always there when you need it.
