I just can't seem to get there back to little to no wheat. I think its the culprit
212.0 lb Lost so far: 3.0 lb.    Still to go: 62.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Look for the "hidden" wheat in the foods you're eating. Cream soups are full of it. And it looks like you're not getting enough protein to keep you from feeling famished. Try a cup of low-fat cottage cheese w/ 1/2 cup no sugar added fruit for breakfast. Add a big salad to your meals (no croutons and no creamy dressings)to fill you up. Skinless chicken breasts are very versatile - packed with protein and no bad fat. The Flat Belly diet advises unsalted sunflower seeds and pumpkin seeds as a good snack and good fat. I prefer w/ salt but it's a good compromise. Also almonds - very nutritious and great crunch factor. Best of Luck - remember - YOU CAN DO THIS!
