Yeeeaaa Boy!!!!! I'm back down to 187 even if just barely. And I'm feeling bloated so there is more in there to lose. This feels different then the last time. Last time I felt like I had hit the bottom of my weight loss, this time I feel like there is still weight to lose. I'm excited to still be going down.
Now to continue figuring out what foods to consume to increase calories without increasing the amount of food.
